Has anyone ever tried to do one? I was thinking about having my attorney draw one up. If we were to ever divorce because of her having another affair, I would get everything. If she would agree to sign it, it would certainly show that she was totally rededicated to me and only me. I wonder if you can include custody of the children as well as assets? Does anyone know?

Sorry, but this won't work (at least in Ohio). I tried this same exact thing and my attorney said it would not hold up in court.
