How many out there think it is suspect if your spouse was riding his or her bike till 2 AM? There reasoning, getting in shape? Curious to see how many would really wonder about this? Tell me I am not dreaming here.

My husband just started smoking again in the last month. He hadn't for almost 10 years. His brother died of cancer and that turned him off till now.
I question whether anyone just starting up bike riding can actually ride for 2-3 hours at a time. I am suspecting that he isn't riding all the time and probably sitting somewhere. Of course I suspect he isn't sitting alone that's for sure.
I am sitting back waiting for winter to approach and see what his next move is. I am curious to see if possibly he takes to the gym. I cannot deny that he has indeed lost a huge amount of weight in the last month and a bit. He is down to 170 from over 200 pounds. But I do question if it the lack of eating and the smoking shedding the pounds, stress of a new found love or indeed the riding.
Last night he did come home at 12 PM from his ride as requested by me. I suggested that he should cut back a bit and spend more quality time with his wife (if you know what I mean). He put on a steller performance between the sheets last night. I am wondering if it was to prove a point that he isn't cheating or just throwing me off the scent... so to speak.
Time will tell and I have all the time in the world I guess. In the meantime, I am doing a make over of my own incase maybe I need to put myself back on the market after 25 years.

why would it have to be so late at night? THAT makes me suspicious. Have you asked him about joining a gym together?
Definitely suspicious. Trust your instincts.

Riding a bike until 2 am...hmmm you should ask him what's the scenery out there that late.
