To clear the Documents Folder

Click the right mouse button on the Task Bar (click where there is no icon)
and go to Properties. The Task Bar is the bar usually located at the bottom
of your screen and it contains the Start button and clock.

Once you have the properties window up, click on the Start Menu Programs tab.
Click on "Clear", to clear the Documents Folder.
